Edmonton returns to action against Lions on Aug. 6

EDMONTON - The Edmonton Elks announced Wednesday, the signing of American Andrew Garnett (OL) to the practice roster.

Garnett, 25, played four seasons at Towson University (2017-21), totalling 46 games and finished his Tigers career starting all 35 games in his final three seasons with the Black & Gold. The Maryland native also earned a rookie camp invite with the Arizona Cardinals earlier this summer.

The Elks continue to prepare for their Week 9 matchup against the B.C. Lions with Day 2 practice today at the Commonwealth Community Recreation Centre fieldhouse.
