Defensive back played Week 6 vs. Calgary

EDMONTON – First-year defensive back Albert Smalls has been moved to the Edmonton Elks suspended list.

The move was announced Thursday, as the Elks begin preparations for their Week 9 game against the Ottawa RedBlacks on September 28.

Smalls appeared in one game for Edmonton, making a lone special teams tackle in the club's Week 6 loss to the Calgary Stampeders.
