Canadian joins the Double E after three seasons with Montreal
EDMONTON - The Edmonton Elks have signed Canadian offensive lineman Patrick Davis, the club announced Thursday.
Davis, 27, was selected 28th overall by the Montreal Alouettes in the 2021 CFL Draft. In three seasons with the Alouettes (2021-23), he appeared in 24 games, before being released in early October.
Collegiately, the native of Gatineau played four seasons at Syracuse University (2017-20), suiting up in 25 games for the Orange.
The Edmonton Elks will return to the field in 2024 for the club’s 75th CFL season.
