EDMONTON - The Edmonton Elks have moved American defensive back Donovan Olumba from the retired list to the practice roster, the club announced Friday.

Olumba rejoins the Elks being after placed on the retired list on May 10. The Nashville, Tenn., native suited up in two games with the Elks in 2022, recording one interception against the BC Lions on Oct. 21.

The Portland State product appeared in one game for the Dallas Cowboys in the 2020 NFL season. He has also spent time with the Cleveland Browns and Los Angeles Rams.

The Elks return to action tonight, when they take on the Saskatchewan Roughriders at Mosaic Stadium at 7:30 p.m. MT.
