Press conference to welcome new owner scheduled for Thursday morning at 11:30 a.m.

EDMONTON — The Edmonton Elks will unveil the Club's new owner this morning at a press conference at Commonwealth Stadium.

  • WHAT: Press conference announcing the Edmonton Elks new owner
  • WHERE: Commonwealth Stadium (field level)
    • NOTE: Media can park in LOT B at Commonwealth Stadium and enter through gate 2. Media can access the field directly through the stands, or can be escorted to elevator access.
  • WHEN: Thursday, August 15 at 11:30 a.m.
    • The press conference will commence at 11:30 a.m.
    • Media are encouraged to arrive at Commonwealth Stadium for 11:00 a.m.

2024 marks 75 seasons of Green and Gold football, as the Club celebrates it’s tradition of excellence (Grey Cup championships: 1954-56, 1975, 1978-82, 1987, 1993, 2003, 2005, 2015), while looking to the future. The Elks next home game is Saturday, September 7 when they host the Calgary Stampeders.
