Free event returns after hiatus due to COVID-19


EDMONTON — A Green and Gold tradition is returning to the calendar, as Edmonton Elks Fan Day Presented by Cooper Equipment Rentals is back for 2022.

Elks fans will have a chance to meet some of their favourite players up close on Sunday, July 10 and have plenty of fun at no charge.


  • WHO: Elks fans of all ages 
  • WHAT: Watch practice, enjoy activities, and get autographs
  • WHERE: The Brick Field at Commonwealth Stadium
    • Parking: Limited parking in lots A & B (west side of the stadium)
      • Fans are encouraged to take public transit, including LRT service to Stadium Station
    • Entrances: Gate 2 (west side) or gate 9 (east side)
  • WHEN: Sunday, July 10 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
  • WHY: It's free, it's fun, it's football!

The typically annual event returns this season after a two-year hiatus due to COVID-19 and will feature plenty activities for the entire family, including:


  • Inflatable zone
  • Kids Club exclusive autograph section

    • Memberships will be available for purchase on-site
  • Balloon animals


  • Watch practice and get autographs from current players and coaches
  • Kal Tire bike donation station (outside Gate 2 - West side)
  • DJ Johnny Infamous playing music all event (request your song using #DJElk on Twitter!)
  • EE Alumni autograph zone
  • Rock, paper, scissors tournament 
  • Food trucks
  • EE Gridiron Gang dunk tank
  • Get your picture taken with our iconic firetruck
  • Elks merchandise available for purchase in the West pod
  • Radio row activations with Elks radio partners
  • Drumline, cheer team, and mascots
