Elks end of season media availability

Team set to address media on Sunday, November 21

EDMONTON – The Edmonton Elks will host their end of season media availability on Sunday, November 21 at The Brick Field at Commonwealth Stadium.

Details for media interested in attending can be found below.

Edmonton concludes their 2021 CFL season tonight (Friday, November 19) against the B.C. Lions at B.C. Place Stadium in Vancouver. Kick off is slated for 8:30 p.m. MT (7:30 p.m. PT).


Elks end of season media availability

WHO:

  • Brock Sunderland (General manager and VP of football operations)
  • Jaime Elizondo (Head coach, offensive coordinator, QBs coach)
  • Select players

WHERE: Igloo Room - The Brick Field at Commonwealth Stadium

  • Near the west entrance to the Commonwealth Community Recreation Centre
  • Parking in LOT B

WHEN: 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

  • 11:30 a.m. - Lunch provided (soup, sandwiches, refreshments)
  • 12:00 p.m. - Brock Sunderland
  • 12:20 p.m. - Jaime Elizondo
  • 12:40 p.m. - Select players (individually)

FORMAT: Podium style

  • Same format used post-practice this season (podium, microphone for questions, soundboard)

PROTOCOLS:

  • All media in attendance must be fully vaccinated
  • Physical distancing required
  • All participants must be masked following meal
