The Elks will continue to practice at Clarke Stadium while Play Alberta Field at Commonwealth Stadium undergoes Turf replacement

EDMONTON — ​ The Elks begin the CFL regular season with a week of work at Clarke Stadium, before travelling to Ottawa on Saturday, June 6 for the season opener against the REDBLACKS (5:00 pm MT).

Media planning to attend practices at Clarke should be aware of the following:

  • PARKING: Media can park in LOT B or C near Commonwealth Stadium.
  • ENTRY: Enter through gates on North West side of Clarke
  • VIEWING: Media are welcome to watch from the West stands.
  • AVAILABILITIES: Post-practice media availabilities will be conducted on the field, following the conclusion of practice. Media requests should be provided to Elks media staff 20 minutes before the end of practice.
  • FILMING: Cameras are welcome to film on the track or the west sidelines of Clarke Stadium. TV cameras are prohibited from filming group shots that show formations.
  • PHOTOGRAPHERS: Still photographers must shoot from sidelines designated by team. Photographers cannot shoot from the end zone, press box or any elevated areas without permission from the team.
